Notice : Growing oysters is great for the environment and fantastic for the overall water quality but please be careful - not all oysters should be eaten. If the water in which the oysters have grown in is heavily polluted and/orhas high salinity the oysters should not be eaten. We recommend donating them to an oyster sanctuary.
